Work fatigue has consequences for work accidents that can result in death. Many risk factors related to the incidence of fatigue in workers, including the nutritional status of workers, smoking habits, sleep quality, and duration of work, therefore this study aims to determine the relationship between various factors of work fatigue on the incidence of work fatigue in workers. This research approach uses a cross-sectional study with a sample of 40 workers at PT X. The data collected was then analyzed by chi-square test to see if there was a relationship between these factors and the incidence of work fatigue and the results obtained said that there was a significant relationship between nutritional status, smoking habits, sleep quality and work duration on the incidence of work fatigue. It is necessary to provide incentives that aim to improve the nutrition of workers, a campaign to ignite rewards that apply at the PT for those who has stop smoking, periodic evaluations of the duration of work, as well as promotive efforts on how to live a healthy life that is achieved with adequate rest.
